We are very pleased to announce the 5th NINJAL International Conference on Phonetics and Phonology (NINJAL ICPP 2018), to be held at the National Institute for Japanese Language and Linguistics (NINJAL) on October 26-28, 2018. This three-day conference is supported principally by NINJAL’s collaborative research project “Cross-Linguistic Studies of Japanese Prosody and Grammar” as one in its series of international symposia.
NINJAL ICPP 2018 features the following two main topics

(b) accent, tone, and intonation
We welcome poster presentations in these research areas, especially those that have a cross-linguistic and/or typological perspective. For details see CALL FOR PAPERS.
